This is a second floor unit and is modern in its design with almost 1000 square feet of living space. We also provide high speed internet and a private home office. Playground and spray park are a walk away for the young ones to enjoy.

• There is secured parking underground - you will need to check into the unit to get a FOB for the under ground parking.
• No parties allowed in this unit.
• Quiet hours after 10PM please.

Guest access
• Initial check-in will require you to buzz to get into building.
• Door to unit will be unlocked for you remotely - keys will be placed in master bedroom for you to use for the duration of your stay.

• Access to underground parkade will require a FOB which will be left inside the unit for guests to use.

* Stays of 1-month or more: Stays over 30 days will require an additional cleaning service to maintain the great condition of our unit for you and your guests, and for future guests. Long-term stays will require one-cleaning per month of stay.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged after booking confirmation based on the length of stay.
Each additional cleaning is $120CAD.

Guest access:
Guests will can enjoy the entire condo privately. There are no shared spaces in the unit. Door code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.
