Our fully furnished 2 bed, one bath suite is available for rent, starting in November 2023. 980 sq ft, 1 king bed with large walk-in, and one queen bed with regular closet.

We have two children, and you'll hear them every so often through the floor. However, our main living space is across the house, so most of the noise is isolated. It's the bedrooms/bathrooms that are above the suite, so they're only audible when running to get something.

There's a shared hot tub in our yard that you're welcome to use anytime. It's maintained by a professional company and cleaned regularly.
