The perfect suite for those who want to be close to downtown, but not in downtown. Suite is spacious and comfortably sleeps 4 people. 3brm’s - 2 with a queen size bed other one with a king size bed. Desk/office area in 2 of the rooms. High speed internet. Full kitchen, large living room with gas fireplace. 1 bathroom with shower/no tub. Access to laundry room. Perfect for corporate travel or families. Street parking directly in front of house is 3hr during the day, unlimited after 5pm. Just around the corner is unlimited parking (30 second walk). Level 2 EV charger available for use.

About the Community
Great little coffee shop “The End of the Line”, just down the street. Food store, library, liquor store, restaurants less than 2km away. Tennis courts/park behind the house (I can provide rackets and balls if needed). Small waterpark for kids across the street. A 15min walk to Lynn Canyon/30 foot pool/ suspension bridge. Rice Lake, a short walk, is a great little fishing spot (stocked lake). Mt. Fromme is close with amazing Mountain biking. Downtown Vancouver 30 min. by car. Local ski mountains Grouse, Seymour snd Cypress all close by. Deep Cove is a 20 min. drive. Whistler is a 90 min. drive.
We are a family of three and a friendly dog that live upstairs. Your suite has a private entrance on the right side of the house. Any equipment, bikes, kayaks etc can be stored safely either in the entrance of the suite or under the back balcony.
