We are in Upper Lonsdale, stellar views and easy access to all. The 2500 sq. ft. three bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished with all kitchenware, bed linens, towels. Steps to transit, grocery, liquor store and restaurants.

The home has an open floor plan, dbl french doors up (front and back) and 12’ ceiling. Sunshine, airflow and tons of privacy with 2 decks, BBQ, a “secret garden” with water features and outdoor fireplace.

The Space

The front garden has banana and palm trees. These hardy tropicals bear spectacular fruits in spring and summer. Numerous perennials colour the garden. The back garden patio hosts a BBQ, gurgling fountain, chimenea and strawberry patch. An organic vegetable garden growing various veggies, berries and herbs is yours to share just at the back of the property. There are 3 bedrooms with a queen size sofa bed in the downstairs living room for a total of 4 beds in the home.

Guest Access

Guests are invited to use the entire house with access by the front or rear door. Enjoy the SW facing front deck overlooking the garden with city and water views. The private back deck is perfect for reading a good book and sunning or eating ,"Al Fresco" on the outdoor table. The back stairs are just outside the kitchen door making it easy to bring food up and enjoy a meal outside. Food always tastes better in the fresh air! All garden work/snow removal/maintenance included as caretaker and kitty live in the lanehouse so you have worry free and no hassle enjoyment!

Neighbourhood

The Harry Jerome Rec Centre and the Delbrook Community Centre both with pools, fitness centres, ice skating, soccer pitches are within walking distance. Close to elementary/ high schools and Ecole Andre Piolat. Carisbrooke Park and Queensdale Market are 2 blocks away.

Getting Around

The house has two on property parking stalls. Public transit is a 2 min. walk with buses taking you directly to the Seabus, downtown Vancouver Skytrain which links you directly to Pacific Centre, BC Place and Rogers Arena. Once downtown, walk to Canada Place, the Waterfront Convention Centre or a few blocks further down the seawall to Denman St. and bike/roller blade rentals for the Stanley Park Seawall. Transit also has easy routes to major shopping in Park Royal, Ambleside & Capilano Mall.
