Our newly furnished character home is located directly across from the beach with a walk score of 87. A biker's paradise with a score of 100! Downtown is nearby in just 5 minutes by foot, and some of the best restaurants and shopping in Vancouver are only blocks away on W. 4th Avenue.

Our lovely character home with 4 bedrooms, situated right across from Kitsilano Beach, providing breathtaking and unobstructed views of the ocean, English Bay, and the North Shore mountains. The main floor boasts sizeable, formal living and dining rooms with hardwood floors. On the top floor, guests can stretch out in a generously-spaced master bedroom that overlooks the water, complete with a walk-in closet, or enjoy the second bedroom and large bathroom with a Japanese deep soaker tub. The lower level offers two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a study area.
