Our home is situated in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood in Kitsilano, close to UBC, and access to bus routes/transportation. This location has it all. Hardwood flooring, and a spacious open living room to kitchen. Walking/biking distance to the beach, shopping, Granville island, & parks. Forty minute drive from YVR, and 20 minute drive to downtown. You could also use the Mobi bike share program located 1 block away.

We had a great stay at The Heart of Kitsilano! The location is perfect—quiet, yet super close to UBC, the beach, and plenty of stores. The suite is cozy and has everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy work desk. Patricia is an amazing host, always ready to help. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Vancouver!

This was the perfect location for us to spend time in Vancouver with family. We didn't have a car but public transport was easily accessible. Shopping for supplies was a short walk away. Patricia's home is in a quiet, pleasant tree lined suburban street where we could maintain our privacy. Patricia was always on hand for assistance and she could not have been more accommodating.

As a couple newly relocating to Vancouver it provided us the perfect place to get our footing in a new city. Patricia is a phenomenal host and was helpful, flexible and accommodating at all times.
