A basement suite, with access to the door down a few steps. A cozy space, with a comfortable chair to relax and read, and kitchen/living room area to socialize with friends and family. Two large bedrooms, one with a desk for remote workers, and plenty of space to stretch. Both rooms are equipped with large closet/dresser.

Located on the east side of Vancouver, our peaceful neighbourhood is walking distance from some of the best coffee shops in the city; numerous parks with outstanding views of the north shore mountains. Walking distance to buses to downtown (20 minute ride), 15 minute walk to Playland/PNE (and loads of fun). Situated perfectly for road trips to: North Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler and Vancouver island/ Sunshine Coast (20 minutes from ferries).

We live upstairs with our dog (Peach), so making it a comfortable and great stay is important to us.

Bedroom 1-> spacious room with queen sized bed, two large closet, space for a yoga mat/exercise and fresh linens.
Bedroom 2-> spacious room with double sized bed, large closet, antique dresser, books to look through and fresh linens.
Bathroom 1-> walk in shower with gold finishes, new flooring and fresh soaps.
Kitchen-> new fridge, freshly painted cabinets, coffee machine and antique plates, bowls to enjoy a meal.
Kitchen amenities-> pots, pans, mixing bowls, spatula and other baking and meal prep essentials.
Living space-> table for 4 to hangout, with seat to read under lamp light; bar cart and mixers for socializing.
