You're less than 500 steps to the sand on Kits Beach, 150 steps to vibrant & trendy 4th avenue shopping & restaurants, just 3 short blocks to buses to downtown Vancouver (or a beautiful 20 minute scenic walk over Burrard bridge), 2 blocks to UBC buses, and a 25 minute ride to the airport. The easy access to the seawall is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts, providing ample opportunities to explore Vancouver's scenic waterfront on foot or by bike. Only a 5 minute walk to: tennis courts, volleyball, ping pong or Kitsilano pool (if you prefer that to the ocean), several bike rental options and other Kits point cafes and restaurants. A 20 minute walk will take you to Granville Island or the seawall towards Stanley Park on the other side of the bridge.

Large North-facing Patio - Across the hall from our suite is a very large deck patio, that while available to all in the building, is mostly deserted. A perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or do yoga in a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Pets – Our “one small pet” policy (dog or cat) allows you to share your home with a furry companion, adding flexibility and love for pet owners.
Utilities* - And taxes are included in the price. *$50 monthly cap on electricity above which there may be an additional charge
Parking - There is one easily accessed, secured parking space available as well as bike storage.
Laundry facilities - A pre-loaded ($10) laundry card is conveniently provided for the shared facilities. Top ups can be made via a machine.
Cleaning fee – A bi-weekly clean is available for an extra fee (please inquire) and a one time cleaning fee of $150 is required to help keep the space clean and comfortable for our next guests.
