Enjoy a highly walkable neighbourhood (Walk Score 98) with everything you need just steps away. You’ll be surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops, and only a short stroll to Robson Street, Yaletown, and the Seawall.

Public transit is excellent — the SkyTrain, bus stops, and bike lanes are all nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Vancouver, from Stanley Park to Granville Island or Kitsilano Beach.
Despite being in the city’s core, the apartment faces an inner courtyard, offering a quiet, private atmosphere rarely found downtown.
