The two balconies are south and west facing with spectacular panoramic views of the park, bay, seawall, Kits, Lions Gate Bridge, West Van and North Vancouver. On a clear day you can see Vancouver Island in the distance.
Approx. 1100 sq feet and controlled access. Top of the line appliances and in suite laundry. Hydro/electricity, TV, internet included. The many restaurants lining Denman are open for dine-in, patio service and take out. Public transit and walkability is world-class.
