This nicely appointed suite offers warmth, comfort and convenience.
The suite contains a cozy fireplace, a large screen TV, an insuite washer and dryer, and the main bedroom has a high quality queen size mattress. The second bedroom doubles as a bedroom and home office. The large, bright kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for preparing meals and baking.
The suite provides a private side entrance and an intimate below deck terrace with stringer patio lights and a bistro set.
There is ample street parking and access to a three car garage for convenient bike storage.
We are a family of four, with two school aged children and a dog. Generally, we try to keep it quiet for our guests in the suite and we all usually go to bed around 9 to 10:30ish so that the noise is minimized for guests in the suite.
The Location
Located across from the beautiful Grand Boulevard park, the suite is walking distance to the Lion's Gate Hospital, Andrews on 8th, BLVD Cafe, and the shops and restaurants of Queensbury Village. The vibrant Londsdale Ave is a 17 minute walk away.
The suite is across the street from the ‘green necklace’ bike lanes and located on the 255 or 228 bus lines and very near the R2 Bus Rapid Transit Line (10 minute walk) and the 232 (5 minute walk). The nearby seabus offers quick access to the heart of downtown.
An abundance of parks, biking and hiking trails are close and many tourist attractions are within a 10 minute car ride, including: Grouse Mountain, Lynn Valley Canyon, The Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay, Mosquito Creek, the Spirit Trail. Within 20 minutes, you will find Ambleside Beach, Lighthouse Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Cleveland Dam, and Deep Cove.

The Grand Boulevard suite is in an excellent location. It’s bright, comfortable, fully equipped, and has a lovely garden deck. This turned into a longer stay for me and Simon and Lianna were extremely understanding and flexible. They are wonderful thoughtful hosts and I felt fortunate to have found this suite. I highly recommend!

I stayed in this ground level suite while I was on a work assignment. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The suite was very well equipped. Everything I needed was within walking distance and if not there were many bus stops close by. I would highly recommend Grand Blvd Suite.
