About the Suite

This was previously a one bedroom, converted to a studio flat to take advantage of natural sunlight and the beautiful views across the North Vancouver waterfront and harbour. Fully furnished with a high quality Murphy Bed, a full bathroom, and large closet. The den could be used for storage or an office during your stay.

A wide array of amenities that will have you feeling right at home, including an in-suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, insta pot, coffee maker, silverware, plates, TV and high-speed internet.

About the Community and Area

The back yard features Joey's, Tap & Barrel, Lonsdale Quay, Market, Sea Bus for fast access to Downtown, and a wide range of local craft breweries and restaurants of all kinds. Enjoy easy access to the Pinnacle Hotel's large gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub.

This was my second time booking William's suite for my parents who came for a 1 month vacation from overseas. They absolutely love the place and at this point it has become an annual stay. It is perfectly located at Lonsdale Quay so bars/restaurants and market is outside the door. William is an amazing host and always available by phone to handle any issues that may come up. Could not speak highly enough about this listing!

William's apartment is amazing in so many ways.... the decor, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the stunning view from the balcony particularly at sunset and at night, its proximity to buses and the sea bus and to the many restaurants and cafes in the area. It certainly sets a very high standard. William is a pleasure to have as a host.

Travelling for work - A gorgeous view and perfect location! If you’re taking the seabus, you can time it perfectly by watching it come across the water.

Fantastic stay! I couldn’t have found a place with better views or a better location. It is just a short walk to the Seabus, restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is beautiful and very well maintained. As I was travelling alone, safety and security was important. Building was very secure and everyone I met there was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a condo that has it all.

This place is incredible! You will not get better views of downtown Vancouver from the North shore. Suite is modern, very comfortable and feels very spacious. Highly recommend!
