Enjoy a modern two bedroom, one bathroom ground floor unit available in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The space includes a dishwasher, in-suite laundry, room to store a bike, a full sized oven, and a microwave. Central air conditioning keeps things cool in the summer. Street parking is available, and each bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed and full closet for ample storage. Relax with Netflix or get some work done at the dedicated desk.

The space has taken into consideration pet and child safety, including cordless blinds, a toilet lock, outlet covers on lesser used outlets, and items within easy reach for children or pets have been specifically chosen to not include glass.

A baby travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

About the Community and Area

Extremely central in North Vancouver, and just a one minute walk to a major transit line at 15th and Ridgeway. Take a ten minute walk to Lonsdale where there are grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. and only a five minute walk to Lions Gate Hospital. Make sure to top in at the Bridge Deck to see what local beers are on tap!

Walkable to Ray Perrault park, Grand Boulevard trails and bike lanes, and located on several major bike routes. A perfect ride on an e-bike to the Shipyards and Brewery district, or grab the 10 min bus down to the Seabus for a short ferry ride to Vancouver. Venture further afield to some of the amazing local attractions such as Lynn Canyon, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain or Deep Cove.
