Feel safe, comfortable and welcome in this cosy, self contained, fully furnished suite overlooking our yard and garden. Private entrance with landscape night lighting. The suite is 325 square feet in size. You will see in the pictures that it is like a large hotel suite with bathroom and kitchenette..

This furnished rental suite is ideal for one person.

We are located centrally in Vancouver with the Canada Line subway just two blocks away. The subway gets you downtown in 8 minutes and there is a train every 3 minutes. The subway also goes to the Vancouver International Airport.

We are a very walkable neighbourhood (scoring 81%). Just two blocks to a bank and restaurants in South Cambie Village; and four blocks to bank, shopping, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques and evening entertainment on trendy Main street. It's an easy walk to Queen Elizabeth Park & Gardens, Riley Park Community Centre & Pool (formerly 2010 Olympic venue) and the Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium. A bus stops directly in front of our house and leaves every 10 minutes for the University of British Columbia (26 minute ride), the Brentwood Mall (29 min ride) and stops in between!

In nice weather, the backyard nicely extends the liveable area. There is a patio set (table and chairs) beside the French doors of your suite. The garden area also has two wooden lounge chairs to relax in, and a patio table & chairs under a pergola covered in grape vines. The sounds you'll hear will be Wrens, Chickadees, Woodpeckers, and Blue Jays. Our wireless internet works there too.

There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops in walking distance of the suite.

The suite is very clean and comfortable. Everything is included: electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, cable HD TV, and wireless Internet.

Bedroom - single bed (40" wide) with pillows, linens, blankets, duvet, armoire closet. An extra set of linens supplied.

Living Area - Cable HD 40” TV, Wireless Internet, comfortable chair, table and chairs, bureau.

Kitchenette - dishes, utensils, pots/pans, espresso coffee maker with coffee pods to start, toaster, microwave and convection oven, glass top two burner stove, fridge/freezer.

Bathroom - walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels and complimentary soap & shampoo to start.

The ceiling is 13' high with a skylight. There is an umbrella by the door for your convenience if it is raining.

Main House - you have a key to the basement of the main house for access to the cloths washer & dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board for your use. A vacuum and cleaning supplies are also stored there.
